Shirley Reason Pierce, 79 of Wilson passed away Friday. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. Rev. Mark Harrell and Pastor Joe Shakour will officiate.

The family will receive friends Wednesday afternoon from 12 – 1:45 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.

Shirley is survived by her daughter, Christy Pierce Saunders and husband, Tommy of Bailey; son, Brooks Pierce of High Point; grandchildren, Jeremiah, Liza Grace, and Ellary Saunders; sisters, Peggy Cunningham, and Lois Price and husband, Dennis both of Wilson, and her brother, Ray Reason and wife, Ellen of Dinwiddie, Virginia.
