Ada Bruce Bunn Sullivan Dec. 25, 1921—July 19, 2020 Ada Bruce Bunn Sullivan, 98, of Wilson passed away July 19, 2020 at the Wilson Assisted Living Center. Ada was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Sullivan; parents, Nannie Boykin Bunn and James Dudley Bunn; daughters, Vicki Ann Sullivan and Virginia Sullivan Lamm and several sisters and brothers. She is survived by her granddaughter, Wendy Lamm Shearon (Cameron); great-granddaughters, Brooke, Nicole, and Natalie Shearon and son-in-law, William (Billy) Lamm (Gladys) all of Raleigh, NC. She is also survived by her special friend, Frances Hyde. She always addressed Ada as “Mama Bruce”. They have known and stayed in touch with each other for over sixty years. She was like a daughter to her. Frances is from Wilson. A private graveside service will be held. Gladys Lundy will officiate.
