Allen Britt Petway April 19, 1963 – September 14, 2017 Allen Britt Petway, 54, of Wilson passed away. His memorial service will be held in the fellowship hall at 2 p.m. Saturday at Forest Hills Baptist Church, visitation will follow. Allen is survived by his daughter, Brittany Petway of Lucama; his son, Donnie Petway of Lucama; his sister, Jean Small of Elm City and his brothers, Bruce Petway of Rock Ridge and Dail Petway of Elm City. He was preceded in death by his parents, Brooks and Bernestine Petway, and his brother, Robert Petway. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials in Allen’s honor to the Don Pittman Fund, Forest Hills Baptist Church, 1407 Forest Hills Road, Wilson, North Carolina 27896.
