Andrew "Drew" Cole Lucas

Andrew “Drew” Cole Lucas, 26, of Bailey, passed away Thursday. A Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 p.m., on Saturday, August 13, 2022, at Joyner’s Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Rock Hill Cemetery, Wilson. Rev. Danny Harris will officiate.

The Family will receive Friends prior to the service from 2:00 – 2:45 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson and at other times at the family home.

Drew was a devoted son and grandson. He enjoyed spending time with his uncle, aunts and cousins. Drew was sweet and loving, he cared for all who knew him. He was passionate about fishing and cared deeply for his pets. He was a hard worker and thoroughly enjoyed his job, supervisor and his co-workers at Collins Aerospace.

The family deeply appreciates all of the prayers, love and support provided during this difficult time.

Drew is survived by his grandparents, Blaine and Charlene Lucas; grandmother, Sue Lewis; uncle and aunt, Larry and Cindy McKeel; aunt, Renee Moore and a host of loving cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ernie B. Lucas; mother, Sherry Lynn Lewis; grandfather, Robert Lewis and fur baby, Blaze.
