Angela Mae Thompson Bryant March 14, 1970 – March 3, 2014

Angela Mae Thompson Bryant, 43, of Bailey passed away Monday. A funeral service will be conducted 7 p.m. Friday at Joyner’s Funeral Home. The Rev. Cliff Lewin will officiate.

The family will receive friends Friday evening immediately following the service at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway.

Angela loved her family and animals especially her dog Tip-Tip and her kitten Willie. She was loved by all that knew her and will be greatly missed.

Angela is survived by her daughter, Megan Perry Gaissert and husband, Dylan of Barksdale Air Force Base and currently stationed in Shreveport, LA; her mother, Judy Crawford Cheney and husband, Big Will of Middlesex; her sister, Shelia Morris and husband, Randy of Wilson; her brothers, James Allen “Dick” Perry of Sims and David Preston Thompson Jr. of Bailey; her nephews, Kevin Fields of Cary, Jerry Fields and wife, Abbie of Smithfield; and her great nephew, Riley Fields of Smithfield.

She was preceded in death by her father, David Preston Thompson Sr.; her grandparents, J.P. and Mae Thompson and Leland and Lillie Mae Crawford; and a special friend Robbie Ellis.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Humane Society, POB 7064 Wilson, NC 27895-7064.
