Ashton Lee Duke April 4, 1997 – May 9, 2020 Ashton Lee Duke, 23 of Spring Hope passed away early Saturday morning. A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6 – 8 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson, and other times at the home of his aunt, Elaine and husband, Dennis Raper. Ashton is survived by his mother Patricia Sawyer of Spring Hope; father, Ronnie Duke of Spring Hope; sister, Sierra Duke of Spring Hope; brothers, Travis Duke of Spring Hope and Tyler Hansen of Middlesex; maternal grandmother, Juanita Williams of Windsor, Maine; maternal grandfather, Robert Rackliff of Rockland, Maine and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins and a niece and nephew. He was preceded in death by his girlfriend, Mandy Hall and his paternal grandparents, Larry James and Betty Sue Duke.
