Barbara Ann Johnson Boykin

Barbara Ann Johnson Boykin November 4, 1935 – January 27, 2017 Barbara Ann Johnson Boykin, 81, of the Buckhorn Community passed away Friday. A memorial celebration of Barbara’s life will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the fellowship hall, with visitation following, at Buckhorn United Methodist Church, 8102 Hwy 42 West, Kenly. Barbara was a former employee of TA Truck Stops of America for over twenty-five years. Barbara is survived by her daughter, Paula Ann Boykin of the home; her sons, Randy Boykin and wife, Kathy L. of Palm Coast, Florida, and Jeff Boykin of Kenly; her grandchildren, Harlee Boykin, Branson Boykin, Stephanie Boykin, and Miranda Boykin, and her daughter-in-law, Jacqui Boykin of Sims. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Green “Nub” Boykin.
