Barbara Parker Jarrell

Barbara Parker Jarrell September 8, 1934 – September 3, 2018 Barbara Parker Jarrell, 83, of Wilson passed away Monday.  Her funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson.  Interment will be private.  The Rev. Ray Barnhill will officiate. The family will receive friends Thursday morning from 10 – 10:45 a.m. prior to the service at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Barbara is survived by her loving husband of sixty-eight years, Richard A. Jarrell of the home; her daughters, Diane J. McIntyre of Raleigh and her husband, Robert of Destin, Florida and Teresa J. Miller and her husband, Buddy of Advance; granddaughters, Amanda D. Miller of Raleigh and Amber Miller Boggs and her husband, Clint of Mocksville; sisters, Edith Conner of South Carolina, Jean Lovin of Lincolnton and Aileen Luther of Rocky Mount, and her brother, Charles Elsworth Parker of Virginia.
