Barbara Ann Taylor September 2, 1943 – March 25, 2017 Barbara Ann Taylor, 73, of Black Creek passed away Saturday. A celebration of Barbara’s life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Watson Grove Free Will Baptist Church, 8712 Watson Grove Church Road, Kenly.  Pastor Larry Barbour will officiate. Visitation for family and friends will be held Friday evening from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. at Watson Grove Free Will Baptist Church, Kenly. Barbara is survived by her husband, Pete Taylor of the home; her sons, Joey Taylor and wife, Christie of Kenly, Jeff Lucas and wife, Gloria of Kenly, and Roger Lucas and wife, Diane of Wilson; her grandchildren, Roxanne, Travis and Drew Lucas, Joel and Ashlee Taylor, Johnathon Gardner, and Brandon Mooring; several great-grandchildren; her sisters, Virginia Best and Alice Best; brother, Wayne Boswell, and her nieces, Lorrie Bridgers, and Margaret Hart. She was preceded in death by her parents, Linnie and Minnie Boswell, and her brothers, D.J.
