Barbara Fulghum Williams

Barbara Fulghum Williams, 81, passed away on Sunday, January 14.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 17 at 11:00 am at Bailey Methodist Church, 12437 Green Street, Bailey.  Interment will immediately follow at Bailey Cemetery, Hwy 581, Bailey.  Reverend Michael Coppock will officiate.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 16 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.

Barbara is survived by her daughter, Julie W. Wood and husband, Charles Keith of Bailey; brother, Ray Fulghum and wife, Nelda of Raleigh; granddaughter, Makenzie Whitley and husband, Alex of Bailey; grandson, Braden Wood of Bailey; great-grandchild, Rylee Whitley of Bailey; niece, Susan Folckemer and husband, John; nephew, Greg Fulghum; one great-nephew; one great-niece; and grateful appreciation to her caregiver, Madison Smith.

Barbara was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ralph L. Williams; sister, Brenda F. Honeycutt; and parents, Julius Fulghum and Eula Lamm Fulghum.
