Betty John Kinard Glaser

December 22, 1943 – January 2, 2014

 

Betty John Kinard Glaser, 70, of Wilson passed away Thursday.  A funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday at Union Grove Church of Christ, Hwy 99, Pantego.  Interment will follow in the Davis Cemetery, Hwy 45, Pantego.  Dennis R. Davis and  Scott Askew will officiate. Betty was an Art teacher with the Wilson County Schools system for 38 years and was an accomplished artist. Betty is survived by her husband of 47 years, Charles Robert Glaser of the home; her daughter, Lisa Marie Glaser of Wilson; her sisters, Callie Marie Jackson and husband, Leroy of Raleigh and Eleanor Ann Tetterton of Florida and her nephew, Johnny Jackson and wife, Heather and their son, Matthew. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Dean and Callie A. Harris Kinard. Condolences may be directed to www.joyners.net.
