Billy Joe Jones November 6, 1955 – October 17, 2015 Billy Joe Jones, 59, of Bailey passed away Saturday. His funeral service will be conducted 7 p.m. Wednesday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson. A Graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday in Bailey Town Cemetery, Bailey. Pastor Daniel Parker will officiate. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening immediately following the service at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson and other times at the home. Billy is survived by his loving wife, Melissa Toanone Jones of the home; his daughter, Christina Wilks and husband, Mike of Missouri; his son, Robert Jones of Pennsylvania; his step-daughter, Alesha Toanone of Pennsylvania; his step-son, James “Phillip” Haywood of the home, and his brother, Randy Lee Jones and wife, Tina of Black Creek.
