Billy Roger Parker, Jr. June 7, 1959 – April 11, 2018 Billy “Roger” Parker, Jr., 58, of Elm City passed away Wednesday. A service of remembrance will be conducted at 7 p.m. Monday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkwqy, Wilson, with Pastor Jeff Williams officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Roger was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother. He enjoyed the beach, fishing, cooking, duck hunting and Jimmy Buffet, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family. Roger will be greatly missed. Roger was dedicated to his lifelong dream of being a successful business owner. He was the owner of a heating and air business, Parker Pros of Wilson and Owen Electric of Littleton. Roger is survived by his wife, Cathy Eastwood Parker of the home; daughter, Bracey Renee Parker of Wilson; son, Bradley Roger Parker of Macclesfield; grandchildren, Isabella, Brayden, and Brenton; mother, Aileen Skinner of Wilson; sister, Jackie Davis and husband, Mark of Wilson, and brothers, Barry Parker of Wilson, and Kelly Parker and wife, Elizabeth of Rolesville, California.
