January 10, 1947 – February 3, 2014

Bob Gordon, 67, of Wilson passed away Monday.  A celebration of Bob’s life will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, February 8, 2014 at the Wilson Moose Lodge 989, 2705 Forest Hills Road, Wilson.  Please dress casually. Bob had resided in Wilson since 1969.  He was a retired Paramedic with Wilson County EMS.  Bob was involved in several community and civic organizations, including Wilson Jaycees, Wilson Parks and Recreation, and the Wilson Moose Lodge, of which he served as President for 2013.  Bob was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. Bob is survived by his sisters, Bonnie Gordon Womble of Chapel Hill and Cherry Gordon Hilliard of Pittsboro; his nephews, Gil Womble of Chapel Hill and Jon Fulk of California; his nieces, Julie Bowman of Clemmons and Jamie Fulk of Winston-Salem and several great nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rex and June Prather Gordon and his sister, Pam Gordon.
