Bobby John Lamm, Sr.
January 19, 1939 – January 25, 2020
Bobby John Lamm, Sr., 81 of Wilson passed away Saturday. A celebration of life will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.
The family will receive friends prior to the service Wednesday afternoon from 5:30 – 6:45 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson.
Bobby loved his family and his family loved him. He will be greatly missed and thought of often with warm memories. He was avid golfer and sports fan; his favorite team was anybody but UNC.
Bobby is survived by his loving wife of nine years, Jane Lamm of the home; daughter, Debbie Harrell and husband, Dennis of Wilson; son, Jay Lamm and wife, Missy of Wilson; grandsons, Travis Johnson and Lindsey of Wilson and Parker Lamm and wife, Maddi of Wilson; step-daughters, Dawn Milford and husband, Rodney of Missouri and Dana Harrell and husband, Norman of Kenly; step-son, Dean Hawley and wife, Cindy of Kenly; step-granddaughter, Josie Harrell of Kenly, Kirstie, Parker and Emily; step-grandson, Javan Harrell and his sisters, Eloise Morris of Lucama and Ruby Lancaster of Pikeville.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Arlene Lamm; his parents, Johnnie and Nannie Peele Lamm and his special friends, Walker Mabry and Jimmy Collier.
