Brenda Watson King September 3, 1949 – November 15, 2019 Brenda Watson King, 70 of Raleigh passed away Friday. Her funeral service will be conducted at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson. Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. Pastor Rodney Querry will officiate. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6 – 7:15 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Brenda retired from Wilson Community College after thirty years of a rewarding career. She was a member of Farmington Heights Church of God. Brenda is survived by her daughter, Jennifer King of Raleigh and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Grace Jackson Watson and her brother, Bobby Watson.
