Bridgette Barnes Howell February 6, 1970 – June 2, 2018 Bridgette Barnes Howell, 48, of Wilson passed away Saturday. Her funeral service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at Peace Church. The family will receive friends immediately following service and other times at the home. The Rev. Rusty Russell will officiate. A private burial will be held for family. She worked with BB&T for twenty years. Bridgette is survived by husband, Kenneth Lee Howell; daughter, Caroline Grace Howell; sons, Kenan Lee Howell and Cooper Miles Howell all of the home; parents, Joseph and Cynthia Godwin of Wilson; brother, Jimmi Joe Godwin and wife, Lisa of Charlotte; niece, Reese Godwin; nephew, Ethan Godwin; and mother-in-law, LeVon Gregory Carroll of Wilson. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Bridgette Howell Memorial Fund, c/o Brand Performing Arts Center, 5164 Lamm Road, Wilson, North Carolina 27893.
