Brittany Williams Bunn

Brittany Williams Bunn, 32 of Nashville, formerly of Wilson went home to be with her Lord on April 7, 2022.  Funeral services will be held at noon on Tuesday, April 12 at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson.  Interment will follow in Rocky Mount Memorial Park, Rocky Mount.  Pastor Jerry Nelson and Pastor Eric Vernelson will officiate.

The family will receive friends Tuesday morning from 10 – 11:45 a.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.

Brittany had a passion for life.  Her smile and laugh were contagious.  She loved her husband, Calvin with all her heart.  She loved her family and was a guardian angel to her mom, dad, and brother.  Brittany was an animal lover of all pets, and she loved her fur baby kittens, Butter’s, Pixie and Timmy.  Brittany never met a stranger and she loved everybody.  Brittany loved her Jesus and had given her heart to him years ago, and just recently she rededicated her life again.  She loved her music and I know Jesus is letting her sing in his choir because she had a beautiful voice. 

Our family circle is broken now, you took a piece of our hearts the day you left this earth, but you will live forever in our hearts and memories, until we meet again, we love you baby girl.

Brittany leaves behind to cherish her memories, her husband, Calvin Bunn; parents, Steve Keith and Judy Skinner Williams; brother, Jonathan Keith Williams and his fiancé, Kim Taylor; grandmother, Bertha Webb Skinner, aunts and uncles, David and Terry Horne, and Jerry and Evelyn Wiggs; cousins, Lesley Pierce and family, Cody Horne and Sarah Farmer and family, and her very special friend, Jeff Eatmon and Mr. Dickie Bunn, Calvin’s grandfather.

She was preceded in death by her granddaddy, John Skinner; Calvin’s grandmother, Eilizabeth “Liz” Bunn, and her sweet dog, Leala.
