Carl Ray Perry July 28, 1951 – December 16, 2019 Carl Ray Perry, 68 of Bailey passed away Monday, December 16, 2019. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 4:30 – 6 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson with a celebration of life following at 6 p.m. Pastor Wayne Whitley will officiate. Carl Ray was a loving husband, father and “PaPa”. He was a long-time employee with S.T. Wooten Corporation. Carl Ray was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. After living a life of laughter and fulfillment he leaves behind a loving family to cherish his memories, his wife, Connie Strickland Perry; daughter, Sharron Denise Perry; granddaughter, Haley Nicole Perry; sisters, Helen Jean Perry and husband, Jerry, Shirley Boykin, Deborah Wilson and husband, Mark; sister-in-law, Pam Perry and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Nernie and Dulla Perry; his brothers, Johnny Wayne Perry and David Lester Perry; sister, Carolyn Warren and brother-in-law, Jackie Boykin.
