Carol Estelle Harrell August 29, 1951 – March 13, 2017 Carol Estelle Harrell, 65, of Bailey passed away Monday. Her funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Friday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. The Rev. Donnie Baker will officiate. The family will receive friends 7 – 9 p.m. Thursday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Carol retired from the Wilson County schools system after 35 years of service. She was a wonderful lady who was dearly loved and very important to her family and friends. She will be thought of often and greatly missed. Carol is survived by her daughter, Amy Harrell Baker of Bailey; granddaughter, Angel Baker of Bailey; sisters, Violet Sharpe of Wilson, Elizabeth Barnes and husband, Gerald of Bailey; brother, Thomas Harrell and wife, Elaine of Nashville; several nieces and nephews.
