 Carole Ann Kryshak (nee Klewicki), 89, of Greenpoint, New York passed peacefully into the next life on January 3nd in her Spring Hope, North Carolina home.

 She was preceded in death by her parents, John Klewicki and Helen Korcz, husband, Stanley Kryshak, her son, John Kryshak, and her brother, Jay Klewicki. She is survived by her granddaughter, Noelle Vollaro, of Spring Hope N.C., daughter, Donna Vollaro, of Wilson N.C., lifelong best-friend Camille Gugliotti, of Hicksville N.Y., niece Jennifer Klewicki, of Wilmington N.C., and grand-niece Kelly Tierney, also of Wilmington, N.C., as well as many close friends.

 Carole was a dutiful banker at Greenpoint Savings Bank in Brooklyn until her retirement in 1997. She made an uplifting and laughter-filled life of hobbies such as crocheting, reading, and collecting cookbooks. A generous and thoughtful woman, she put her heart into any task she took on.
