Carolyn Taylor Wilson
December 23, 1941 – November 28, 2019
Carolyn Taylor Wilson, 77 of Wilson passed away Thursday. Her funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Black Creek Pentecostal Holiness Church, 511 East Center Street, Black Creek. Interment will follow in Black Creek Town Cemetery, Black Creek. The Rev. Dale Eatmon and Rev. Daniel Taylor will officiate.
The family will receive friends Tuesday afternoon from 1 – 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at Black Creek Pentecostal Holiness Church, Black Creek.
Carol was one of the most loving persons you would every meet. She was so sweet and kindhearted. Carol loved putting puzzles together and her son, Tony would frame them, and each family member and friends would receive one. Carol will be missed by her family and friends but now she is with Jesus. Go rest high on that mountain Carol we love you.
Carol is survived by her sons, Tommy Wilson and wife, Annie of Middlesex, James Wilson and Tony Wilson both of Wilson; six grandchildren; sisters, Debbie Harris and husband, Robbie of Wilson, Helen Hendershot and husband, Norman of Minnesota, Dolly Taylor and husband, Jonas of Virginia and Patsy Mooring and husband, David of Wilson and brothers, Jimmy Taylor and wife, Bonnie of Wisconsin, and Billy Taylor of Carolina Beach.
She was preceded in death by her son, Wilbur Wilson;parents, Janie Howell and Joseph Robert Taylor; sister, Frances Sharpe and her brother, Johnny Taylor.
