Cassandra Hope Potts Patton
October 16, 1954 – August 11, 2015
Cassandra Hope Potts Patton, 60, of Wilson passed away Tuesday. A celebration of her life will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at West Nash United Methodist Church, 2200 West Nash Street, Wilson. Pastor Stuart Milton and Pastor William Holiday will officiate.
The family will receive friends 7 – 9 p.m. Friday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.
Sandi was a loving wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She was a life time resident of Wilson and a graduate of Fike High School in 1972 and Business College 1974. She was employed at Bridgestone/Firestone in Wilson and retired after thirty-three years in 2007. Sandi was very talented and artistic. She had a love for dogs and taking care of her flowers and plants, loved music, dancing, knitting, needle pointing, painting and created stain glass art work.
Sandi is survived by her husband of twenty-nine years, Keith Patton of the home; her sister-in-law, Bonnie Potts of Henderson and her cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by parents A.Y. and Pearl Potts and brother Dwight Potts.
