C.B. Jones, Jr. August 28, 1928 – October 23, 2015 C.B. Jones, Jr., 87, of Lucama passed away Friday. His funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday at Joyner’s Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Micro Memorial Cemetery, Micro. The Rev. Tony Hawley will officiate. The family will receive friends 1 – 1:45 p.m. Sunday afternoon prior to the service at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson and other times at the home of his daughter, Teressa in Black Creek. C.B. is survived by his daughters, Teressa Bardin of Black Creek, and Sandra J. Bailey of Wilson; his sons, Wayne Jones and wife, Patsy of Bailey, and David Jones of Wilson; his sisters, Faye Harper of Kenly, and Louise Phillips of Wilson; his grandchildren, Richie and wife, Angie, Crystal, Joseph, and Angie; his great-grandchildren, Taylor, Grayson, Ashlyn, Haylee, and Jordan; his special grandchildren, Derek and wife, Sidney, Brad and wife, Melissa, and Chris; his special great-grandchildren, Christoper, Gracie and Eden, and his loving dog, Ginger. He was preceded in death by his son, Joseph Burke Jones. In lieu of flowers, memorials in C.B.’s memory can be donated to the American Cancer, 930 Wellness Drive, Greenville, NC 27834.
