Chad Epps, 38, of Bailey passed away Monday, December 9, 2013.  Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Friday at Joyner’s Funeral Home.  Interment will follow in Bailey Town Cemetery.  The Rev. Ed Toler and Rev. Steve Edmondson will officiate. The family will receive friends 1:00 p.m.  – 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway and other times at the home. Chad is survived by his mother, Denise D. Brantley and his step-father, Phil of Bailey; his son, Austin Pearce of Wilson; his fiancée, Norma Daniels of Bailey; his step-mother, Cathy Epps of Spring Hope; 4 step-sisters; 1 step-brother and several special aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Epps and his maternal and paternal grandparents. Flowers are welcome or memorials may be directed to the American Heart Association, c/o Mrs. C.A.
