Charles "Charlie" Buck Jones, Jr.

Charles “Charlie” Buck Jones, Jr., 65 of Lucama passed away Wednesday.  A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m.  Saturday in Marsh Swamp Original Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery, 6664 Rock Ridge School Road, Sims.  Rev. Ray Wells will officiate.

The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 – 8 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.

Charlie is survived by his loving wife of forty-one years, Patricia “Patsy” B. Jones; sons, Dustin Jones and wife, Sara of Lucama, and Blake Jones and wife, Brittany of Raleigh; grandchildren, Hudson Jones, Weston Jones, and Charlie Kay Jones; his mother, Coretta Mercer of Wake Forest; sister, Carol Ferrell of Wake Forest and his brother, Ronnie Jones of Emporia, Virginia.
