Charles Marshall Williams, 81, of Bailey passed away Thursday.  A funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday at Joyner’s Funeral Home.  A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Monday in Bailey Town Cemetery, Bailey.  The Rev. Leonard Rex will officiate.

 The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon immediately following the service at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson and other times at the home. Charles is survived by his wife, Faye Finch Williams of the home; his three daughters, Robin W. Sherrod and husband, Dennis of Walkertown, NC, Lisa W. Holmes and husband, Dean of Sims and Patty W. Davis and husband, Mike of Sims; his four grandchildren, Steven Sherrod, Devon Price, Kristen Davis and Marshall Davis and his great-granddaughter, Skylar Sherrod. He was preceded in death by his parents, Marshall and Pearl Griffin Williams and his brothers, M.A. Williams and Al Williams.
