Clyde Stewart Joyner

Clyde Stewart Joyner December 26, 1954 – July 23, 2015 Clyde Stewart Joyner, 60, of Wilson, went to be with the Lord on Thursday. His funeral service will be conducted 6 p.m. Sunday at Joyner’s Funeral Home. Entombment will be held 11 a.m. Monday in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. The Rev. Marvin Wiggins and the Rev. Carroll Wiggs will officiate. The family will receive friends Sunday evening immediately following the service at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson and other times at the home of his sister, Zura Scott. Clyde is survived by his sisters, Alice J. Hock and husband, Maurice of Franklinton and Zura J. Scott and husband, Jimmy; his brother, Offie Joyner and wife, Lavern of Franklinton and several nieces and nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest Joyner and Jessie Mae Patterson Joyner; one sister, and seven brothers.
