Crystal \"Chris\" Crownover Jones November 6, 1979 – September 14, 2017 Crystal “Chris” Crownover Jones, 37, of Sims passed away Thursday. Her funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Monday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson. Interment will follow in Jones Family Cemetery. The Rev. Phillip Lewis will officiate. The family will receive friends 6 – 8 p.m. Sunday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson, North Carolina. Chris is survived by her husband, Jeramy Jones of the home; sons, Keaton, Caleb, Kody and Clay Jones, all of the home; mother, Effie Overman Crownover of Princeton; brother, Gary Crownover of Durham; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Stan and Debbie Jones of Sims. She was preceded in death by her father, Lewis Crownover and brother-in-law, Jonathan Jones.
