Dawn Catherine Proctor November 29, 1954 – February 15, 2018 Dawn Catherine Proctor, 63, of Rocky Mount passed away Thursday at home. Dawn’s memorial service will be held at a later date, due to her having immediate family overseas and out of state. Dawn is survived by her husband, Earl Proctor of the home; her daughter, Jennifer Bailey Davis and husband, Grant of Charlotte; her son, Timothy Alan Bailey and wife, Angie of Germanton; step-son, Allen Proctor of Wilson; her grandchildren, Evelyn Rose Davis, Natalee “Nat Nat” Marie Bailey, and Haley Ann Garner; and her sisters, Melodee Hill of Teesdale, England, Heidi Trester of South Yarmouth, Massachusetts, and Diedre Priest of Syracuse, New York. In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorials in Dawn’s memory be made to the COPD Foundation, 3300 Ponce De Leon Boulevard, Miami, Florida 33134.
