Donald Robert Felts October 26, 1950 – April 19, 2017 Donald Robert Felts, 66, of Elm City passed away Wednesday. His funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Elm City United Methodist Church, Elm City.  Interment will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Elm City.  The Rev. Barry Drum and Rev. Gene Wells will officiate. The family will receive friends Wednesday prior to the service from 10 – 12 p.m. at Elm City United Methodist Church, Elm City. Donald is survived by his sister, Dorothy Ann Felts Pierce of Smithfield, Virginia; his brothers, Clifton “Janis” Felts of Youngsville, and Wayne Felts of Ford, Virginia, and half-sister, Carolin Bowles. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifton Joyner Felts, Sr. and Sybel Pope Felts.
