Donna Lynn Davis Dec. 12, 1959 – Nov. 28, 2015 Donna Lynn Davis, 55, of Wilson passed away Saturday. Her memorial service will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday at the First Presbyterian Church, 414 Sunset Road, Wilson. The Rev. Dr. Tom Watkins will officiate. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the church and other times at the home of Robert and Jolly Barnes. Donna loved all people and animals. She will be greatly missed. Donna is survived by her sons, David Sean Franzwa and friend, Amanda Sutton of Wilson, and Jaime Nathaniel Stone of Georgia; her grandson, David Theodore Franzwa of Wilson; her mother, Margaret Evelyn Bradley of Wilson; her brother, Robert D. Barnes and wife, Jolly of Macclesfield; her loving dog, Trixie, and Donald Davis. She was preceded in death by her father, Willie David Barnes and brother, Willie David Barnes, Jr. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting assistance with end of life expenses, Joyner’s Funeral Home, PO Box 425, Wilson, North Carolina 27894.
