Doris Walsh McIntosh February 8, 1923 – May 15, 2016 Doris Walsh McIntosh, 93, of Wilson passed away Sunday. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Wednesday at Joyner’s Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Maplewood Cemetery. The Rev. Steve Stevenson will officiate. The family will receive friends prior to the service 11-12:45 p.m. Wednesday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway and other times at the home. Doris is survived by her daughters, Vickie McIntosh of Wilson, Sharron Best and husband, Ike of Jamestown and Erin Formo and husband, Brian of Wilson; granddaughters, Laura Clark and husband, Craig of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Sara Williford and husband, Shane of Wilson, Amanda Best of Annandale, VA and Angel Etheridge and husband, David of Wilson; grandson, Erik Formo and wife, Jamie of Wilson; and eight great grandchildren.
