  Dorothy Sullivan Murray November 9, 1932 – August 4, 2019 Dorothy Sullivan Murray, 86 of Wilson passed away Sunday.  Her funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Friday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.  Graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday in Maplewood Cemetery, Wilson.  The Rev. Ray Barnhill will officiate. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 – 6:45 p.m. prior to the service at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson. Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Joyce Murray Galyen and husband, Rufus of Lucama; grandchildren, Sandy Radford, Michael Vick, G.W. Pierce, Amie Hadaway, Mark Galyen and Chastity Galyen; twelve great-grandchildren and her son-in-law, Charles Pierce of Wilson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Murray; daughter, Glenda Murray Pierce; parents, Mark and Sarah Ellis Sullivan and her brothers, Nathan Sullivan and Marvin Sullivan.
