Edna Vaughan Cobb August 5, 1927 – July 20, 2020 Edna Vaughan Cobb, 92 of Wilson passed away Monday, July 20, 2020. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. The Rev. Charles Robl will officiate. The family will receive friends following the service at Joyner’s Funeral Home. Edna is survived by her daughter, Dianne Cobb Hill and husband, Tracy of Topsail Island; sons, Timothy Edward Cobb and wife, Elaine of Wilson and Paul Ray Cobb and wife, Michelle of Fletcher; her grandchildren, Heather C. Johnston, Charissa C. Deyo, Ashley C. Ward, Evan Hill, Tyler Hill, William Cobb and Elizabeth Cobb and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul S. Cobb and her son, Billy Dean Cobb.
