Elbert "Ebby" Earl Morton

Elbert Earl Morton April 22, 1958 – February 11, 2020 Elbert “Ebby” Earl Morton, 61 of Wilson passed away Tuesday. His funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson. Interment will follow in Maplewood Cemetery, Wilson. The Rev. Donnie Ray Williams will officiate. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6 – 8 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Ebby is survived by his sons, Elbert “Bert” Earl Morton, Jr. and Dustin Keith Morton both of Wilson; grandchildren, Allison and Marshall Morton; brothers, Steven Glenn Morton and wife, Andrea and Leon Hall Morton, Jr. and wife, Julie both of Wilson and several loving nieces and nephews.
