Eleanor Ellis Daniel, 100, of Wilson passed away Saturday.  A graveside service will be conducted 2 p.m. Monday in Maplewood Cemetery, Wilson.  The Rev. Tim McFatter will officiate. Eleanor was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  She was giving of her time, as she was a Girl Scout leader and Brownie leader at the Margaret Hearne Elementary School.  Eleanor was dearly loved and will be greatly missed and thought of often with memories that will warm the heart. Eleanor is survived by her sons, Joe F. Daniel, Jr. and wife Sybol of Wendell and John E. Daniel of Wilson; her daughter, Louisa D. Hall and husband, Mark of Lexington, VA; her grandsons, Mark Daniel of Currituck, William F. Heath and wife, Erinn of Lompoc, CA, Mark S. Hall and wife, Janis of Virginia Beach, VA and William David Daniel and wife, Beth of Stantonsburg; her granddaughter, Lisa Randall and husband, Neil of Adelaide, Australia and her seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe F. Daniel, Sr. Flowers are welcome or memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society, c/o Mrs. C.A.
