Elizabeth A. Alford

Elizabeth A. Alford February 21, 1927 – February 5, 2016 Elizabeth A. Alford, 88, of Middlesex passed away Friday. Her funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Lee’s Chapel Baptist Church. Interment will be in Hollywood Cemetery, Middlesex. The Rev. Joel Story will officiate. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 9:30 – 10:45 prior to the service at Lee’s Chapel Baptist Church, 14518 Taylors Mill Road, Middlesex and other times at the home of Elizabeth A. Alford. Elizabeth is survived by her son, Danny Alford and wife, Susan of Middlesex; her daughter, Wanda Barbour and husband, Tony of Raleigh; grandson, Brandon Alford of Middlesex; granddaughters, Amber Alford Dew and husband, Dennison of Bailey and Jess Barbour of Raleigh, and her great-grandsons, Dylan Alford, Lykin Dew and Ryker Dew. She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Alford and sister, Virginia A. Massey.
