Elizabeth Vastin Tosto Goforth November 11, 1926 - December 15, 2017 Elizabeth Vastin Tosto Goforth, 91, of Wilson passed away Friday. A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in Pineview Cemetery, 761 N Raleigh Street, Rocky Mount. The Rev. Tim McFatter will officiate. Elizabeth was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and a friend to all that knew her. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. Elizabeth is survived by her granddaughter, Laura Katherine Butler of Lakewood, Colorado; her son-in-law, Timothy David Butler of Greensboro, and a niece, Susan Tosto Rutledge of Wilson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Barnes Goforth, her daugther, Paulette Tosto Goforth Butler and her parents. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations in Elizabeth’s honor to the Wesley Shelter, 106 E Vance Street, Wilson, North Carolina 27893.
