Elizabeth Nora Hooks Lint November 12, 1926 – July 11, 2018 Elizabeth Nora Hooks Lint, 91 passed away on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at Smithfield Manor, Smithfield. She loved all life especially her family and her many pets over the years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Lewis Lint; her parents, Lester and Nora Gaylord Hooks; her step-mother, Mildred Hooks, and step-daughter, Victoria Lint. Elizabeth is survived by her daughter, Eileen Jones of Wilson; brother, Charles Hooks and wife, Jan of Smithfield; her sister, Delores “Dee” Howell of Smithfield; step-sister, Anne Beaver and husband, Luther of Newton; step-daughter, Sheri Blough Neff and husband, David of Iowa; step-son, David Lint and wife, Mary of Deer Lodge, Montana, and numerous family including grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be conducted at 4 p.m. Saturday, July 14, 2018 in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. The Rev. Steve Strickland will officiate. The family will receive friends Saturday immediately following the service in Evergreen Memorial Park.
