Elsie Gray Vick Hardison
February 4, 1921 -August 7, 2013

Elsie Gray Vick Hardison, 92, of Wilson passed away Wednesday.   Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday at Joyner's Funeral Home.   Interment will follow in Maplewood Cemetery.   The Rev. Justin Deeter will officiate.

The family will receive friends 1 -1:45 p.m. Sunday prior to service at Joyner's Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.

Elsie is survived by a number of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Clifton Hardison; her daughter, Joanne Hardison Mooring; her grandson, Brian Mooring and her parents, Genie and Gertrude Mertie Meeks Vick.

The family would like to acknowledge with special thanks the love and care given by Betty Edwards and Winifred Chocklett.
