Frances Ann Lucas Sinclair

Frances Ann Lucas Sinclair, 69, of Wilson, passed away Thursday. The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 23, 2022, at Joyner’s Funeral Home from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.

Ann was a cosmetologist and an expert nail technician. She loved the beach, mountains and Southern Gospel music. She loved her family and treasured family trips and time spent with them.

Ann is survived by her loving husband, Robert Charles Sinclair of the home; daughters, Charette Sinclair Long and husband, Bill of Tarboro, Shauna Faye Rouse and husband, Jim of Winterville, and Davida High and husband, Harold of Ohio; son, Curtis Sinclair of the home; grandsons, Liam Long of Tarboro and Ryan Rouse of Winterville; granddaughters, Kristen Rouse of Winterville, Alli Rouse of San Antonio, Texas, Samantha Sinclair of Lucama and Hannah Gass of Lucama; brothers, David Lucas and wife, Connie of Murfreesboro, Tennessee and Jerry Lucas and wife, Bonnie of Elm City.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Jr. and Lucille Lucas; sister, Faye Barker and brother, Don Lucas.
