Franklin Delano Lewis January 2, 1934 – August 14, 2017 Franklin Delano Lewis, 83, of Goldsboro passed away Monday. His funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson.   A graveside service with military honors will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in Eastern Carolina Veteran Cemetery, 164 Longs Plant Farm Road, Goldsboro. The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon immediately following the service at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson and other times at the home. Frank is survived by his loving wife, Carol Hawley Lewis of the home; his son, Eddie Lewis & wife, Mattie of Goldsboro; his daughter, Tracy Barber and husband, Jimmy of Goldsboro; his step-son, Lin Finch and wife, Vicky of Virginia; three grandchildren, Jonathan Lewis, Jim Barber and Nicholas Barber, and his sisters, Marie Lewis of Wilson, and Jean Finch of Virginia. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, and one brother.
