Fred Lee Duncan

Fred Lee Duncan January 17, 1974 – November 4, 2017 Fred Lee Duncan, 43, of Walstonburg passed away Saturday. His funeral service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Thursday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson. The Rev. Philip Wood will officiate. The family will receive friends Thursday immediately following the service at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Fred worked at Firestone for 21 years, and was a member of Little Creek OFWB Church. Fred loved hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. He was greatly loved and will be dearly missed. Fred is survived by his wife, Melissa Baird Duncan of the home; daughter, Megan Ashley Duncan of Walstonburg; son, Daniel Lee Duncan of the home; step-daughter, Brittney Marie Whaley of the home; step-son, Allen Whaley of Wilson; parents, Alvin and Sally Duncan of Bluefield, Virginia; sisters, Drema Renee Messer and husband, Tim of Wilson; Marsha Lee Hale and husband Arthur of Wilson and Sherry J.
