George "Kip" Rose

George “Kip” Rose, 64, of Lucama passed away Monday, December 30, 2024. Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, January 4, 2025, at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson. Rev. Wayne Whitley will officiate. 

The family will receive friends immediately following the service Saturday till 5 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.

 Kip is survived by his wife, Fran Rose. Daughter, Ashley Rose of Rocky Mount and her children, Ashton, Kayla, Bentley, Naya and Joshua. Daughter, Emily Rose of Lucama and her son, Landon. Son, Trey Rose and wife, Crystal of Lucama and their children, Wyatt and Kayleigh. Brother, Malcolm Rose and wife, Kay of Red Oak. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Jackie Rose.
