Gerald Edward Warren

Gerald Edward Warren, 57, of Black Creek passed away Monday. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson. Interment will follow in Black Creek Town Cemetery, Black Creek. The Rev. Donnie Wilkes will officiate.
The family will receive friends Thursday afternoon from 12:30 – 1:45 p.m. Thursday prior to the service at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.
Gerald was a dedicated and current employee of Bridgestone America’s for over twenty years.
Gerald is survived by his mother, Lillie Mae Bennett of Black Creek; his sons, Gerald Edward “Gerry” Warren, Jr. of the home and Robert Travis Mullen of Nashville, Tennessee; sisters, Deborah Eastwood and husband, Jimmie of Black Creek, Doris Harper and husband, Chris of Wilson, Victoria “Beth” Ellis and husband, Brett of Wilson, Angela Bennett Wheeler and husband, Dustin of Garner; brothers, Darrell Troy Bennett, Jr. and wife, Katie of Black Creek and William Andrew “Andy” Bennett and wife, Megan of Lucama and his special friends, Dave and Tammie Raper of Bailey and Diane Lucas of Bailey.
He was preceded in death by his father, Odis Harrison Warren.
