Graynell Harrell

Doris "Graynell" Harrell, 87 of Wilson passed away Thursday, December 21, 2023.  A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 26, 2023 at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.  Pastor Wayne Whitley will officiate.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service at Joyner’s Funeral Home.

Graynell is survived by her loving husband of fifty-three years, Johnnie Harrell; daughters Connie Petway and husband, Larry, and Bonnie Smith; sons, Danny Harrell and wife, Barbara, and Johnnie Harrell, Jr. and fiancé, Cindy Balseiro; granddaughters, Ashley Hunt  and husband, Chris, Jessica Petway, Whitney Smith, Caroline Smith, Landry Harrell, and Spencer Harrell; grandson, Jonah Harrell; great-granddaughter, Madison; great-grandson, Christopher, and her sister, Lois Joyner.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnnie and Gladys Williford; sister, Doris Nell Williford, and her brothers, James Williford, and Edward “Bud” Williford.
