Guy Roosevelt Ferrell, 73, of Sims passed away Monday.-A Graveside service will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday in the Ferrell Family Cemetery, Lucama.-The Rev. Barbara High Tyre will officiate.

The family will receive friends 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Joyner-s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway and other times at the home.

Guy is survived by his wife, Evelyn Arnette Ferrell of the home; his son, Gary Ferrell and wife, Teresa of Wilson and his grandson, Matthew Ferrell and his granddaughters, Jazmine Ferrell and Starr Ferrell.
