Harper Thomas Black

Harper Thomas Black passed away on Friday, March 3.  A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, April 2 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Joyner's Funeral Home.

Harper is survived by his mother, Becky Stancil and stepfather, Matthew; father, Bobby Black and stepmother, Brandie; brother, Logan Black; sister, KayCee Stancil; grandparents, Tommy Wilson “BePa,” Bill Brewer “Big Daddy,” Connie Brewer “Nena;” uncles, Jamie Wilson (Michele)and Chad Brewer; cousin, Jack Wilson;  the apple of his eye, Lylah Arizpe; and “his person,” Cassidy Walston.  He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends.

He was preceded in death by his Mimi, Ramona Wilson and his great grandmother, Lucille Wilson, both of whom he loved and adored with his whole soul; and his childhood friend, Pearson Moore.
