Harriet Pearce Pittman December 8, 1937 – December 2, 2019 Harriet Pearce Pittman, 81 of Wilson passed away Monday. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. The family will receive friends Wednesday afternoon from 1 – 1:45 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Harriet is survived by her daughter, Brenda Nell Pittman Davis and husband, Rodney of Wilson; granddaughter, Jaysa Davis of Wilson; grandson, Gavin Davis of Wilson; brother, Linwood Pearce of Wilson; her caregiver, Violet Bridgers and her beloved dog and companion, CJ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sammy Pittman. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Forest Hills Baptist Church, 1407 Forest Hills Road NW, Wilson, North Carolina 27896.
